Elaine's professional journey includes roles at Zain & Co, Foong & Partners, and Azman Davidson & Co, where she climbed the ranks to become a Partner. Her practice areas span civil litigation, arbitration, M&A, intellectual property, and corporate advisory work. In 2021, she joined Law Kuan Yew & Co as a Partner, specialising in corporate and commercial law and intellectual property.
Beyond her legal endeavours, Elaine is the founder of Emerging Leaders Coaching & Consulting, showcasing her commitment to coaching, training, and consulting. Her multifaceted career also extends to an independent non-executive director role at KJTS Group Berhad.
